Our Company

Established in 1951, J. F. Fredericks employs 85 people in a climate controlled, 24,000 sq. ft. building. Our talented CNC Engineering Department, with a staff of eight, processes customer technical data utilizing Uni-Graphics and Cad-Key Software. Our Quality Department, with a staff of seven, meets and exceeds customer expectations while maintaining certification / compliance to ISO 9001:2000 AND EN/JISQ/AS9100:2009 and ISO 14001:2004. Our extensive customer supplier source approvals include respective DSQR authority. Our array of multi-axis machinery includes three 8-axis mill/turn centers, as well as a 40 pallet, 5-axis horizontal mill. The capability of this equipment has allowed us to eliminate the need for procurement of expensive forgings and castings, by machining customer product from bar stock. This CNC technology allows us to offer our customers shorter lead times at competitive pricing. We are highly experienced in machining non-ferrous metals, high nickel alloys such as stellite, inconel, titanium, hastalloy and waspalloy to name a few.

Our domestic customer base includes such companies as Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, B.F. Goodrich, Carrier, Sikorsky, Wright Medical and F.S.T. Woodward. Some of our International customers include Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, M.T.U., Volvo Aero, Samsung Aerospace, Singapore Aerospace, Fiat-Avio, Fuji Ind. Corp. and Eldim. Our Total Quality Management system includes Lean Manufacturing concepts including statistical process control, lead-time reduction, continuous process improvement, operator certification and machine from CAD file capability.
