With our nine (9) axis capability, Fredericks has refined the machining of very complex parts and assemblies to a single process. Our experienced CNC programmers need only to develop one program for even complex parts.  Using our multi-axis machines means only one setup, one process and one machine.  The results are very satisfying. We can reduce tooling as well as material handling costs while improving quality and the long lead times for castings and forgings are eliminated.
