CNC Programming

Using SolidWorks, MasterCam, Surfcam, Alphacam, UG, Esprit, and CadKEY, all CNC programs are generated in our facility.  As a result of having state of the art multi-axis equipment, we can program complicated shapes to be manufactured. Using a combination of the dedicated Programmer and skilled CNC Machinist, J. F. Fredericks develops programs accurately and in a timely manner.  Our CNC machine controls are connected to a DNC server to insure programs are documented correctly and controlled. To avoid losses, our DNC is backed up on a regular basis. With Trubiquity (Formally Autoweb) Software we also have the capability to transmit and receive secured documents over the internet.
